3. Preparation and growth of the quaternary semiconductor compound CuGa _0.4 In _0.6Se₂.Fabrication the Zn_0.9 Cd _0.1 Se/CuGa_0.4 In_0.6 Se ₂ heterojunction , and study their physical properties .

4. New theoretical analysis to the lattice thermal conductivity of semiconductors: application to Ge and GaAs
